Dendrobium Lee Siew Hua
Over the years, Siew Hua has served clients to the utmost holistically by providing all corporate services under one roof.
As a recognition to LSH’s commitment to service excellence, Siew Hua received from one of her clients a new orchid hybrid named after her. The name Dendrobium Lee Siew Hua was registered with The Royal Horticultural Society of London on 3 June 1999.

Siew Hua is the founder and owner of LSH Management Services Pte Ltd and has over 20 years of Corporate Secretarial experience as a licensed Practising Chartered Secretary. As a trusted corporate services advisor, she started her career at one of the International Accounting Firms. She has advised clients from multiple industry sectors on corporate secretarial and other corporate matters.
Presently, Siew Hua holds the following qualifications:
- UK (ACIS)
- Qualified and Licensed Chartered Secretary (FCIS)
- A member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
- A member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS)
- She holds a Practising Certificate issued by both ACIS and CSIS

LSH is led by an experienced and dedicated Practising Chartered Secretary who has more than 25 years of experience particularly in the provision of Corporate Secretarial services. She is in turn supported by a team of support staff who are experienced in the provision of professional business services such as Corporate Secretarial, Accounting and Taxation services
LSH encourages both in-house training and external courses so as to ensure that all our employees are updated with the latest changes in the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulatory requirements.
